KelCo prices $10-$15 a window for residential homes with a minimum payment of $150 per service. Business prices are similar to residential however also take surface area into account.

Yes! We clean windows for residential and commercial properties, and also offer power spraying for exterior surfaces that need a bright, fresh look.

What's included in my window washing service?

A basic window wash will include the inside and outside of all windows, screens, sills and edges.

Question 8

Is there anything I need to do before/in between service?

Accepted Answer

If there are any valuables on your window sills (nick-knacks, picture frames, etc.) that you do not want touched we ask that you replace those items until service completion.

Do I have to put my animal away during service?

Kelco loves animals. Feel free to let your furry ones roam around during service. If your animal presents any risk we kindly ask that you keep them in a separate area.
